and make your first order in 3 easy steps

QuVa has made set up and ordering easy so there’s no guesswork. We communicate transparently with our customers and proactively provide you with order information, so you know exactly what is happening with your order.

1. New Customer Setup

Create a Customer Profile and Select Products

Identify products you will purchase from QuVa and share with
your company representative

QuVa will load those products on your ordering portal that is
set up from your profile and send your access password

2. Place first order

Log in to your portal with password and place a first order
for one-week’s volume of each product.

Receive estimated shipment date upon ordering

3. Receive & repeat

Receive email notification of your first shipment.

First order delivery.

Place your next order.

Note: The first order of a product you’ve never ordered from QuVa before may have a slightly longer lead time. After this initial order, all subsequent orders ship within 2-3 business days from time of order. Each order comes with a digital certificate of analysis (COA) that is signed proving successful passing of sterility, endotoxin and potency.
